For over 20 years, Mason led technical recruiting teams throughout San Francisco and Silicon Valley, including serving as the head of global recruiting for many tech firms.

Since December 2007, Mason has been a repeat customer of Jobvite, including implementation, training delivery, and system administration. Mason has presented at five Jobvite Summits, worked as a contractor on Jobvite's Implementation team, and advised Jobvite's Product team.

He has also worked hands on with Lever, Hire.com, BrassRing, Newton, Taleo Business Edition, and Restrac.

Mason earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
