As one of Jobvite's earliest, large customers, Zynga's incrementally altered configuration had not kept up with the needs of the business and the expectations of its new recruiting leadership. Revamped the various workflows for professional and university recruiting. Re-implemented the offer request, approval, and letter generation process for global utilization. Extensive cleanup of requisition and candidate data fields and records. Build reports using the legacy and new reports platform. Troubleshot data integrations with Workday and LinkedIn.

Prior to founding ZWD, Mason Wong served as the head of recruiting for GREE International, the North American subsidiary of leading Japanese mobile games company GREE. Rapidly grew the recruiting team. Implemented Jobvite. Trained all staff and new hires on recruiting process, employee referrals, and Jobvite.
